I need some help with Automations for Workers...

Basically, if a deposit is paid on a CASINO PACKAGE I want one particular guy (we can make him a vendor, or a worker) to get an email automatically that he then has to click something to confirm he got the order. I thought about using the VENDOR setup, but am not seeing how to automate that.

I currently have a vendor in my system as a WORKER (Jim McMasters) When we book his inventory (casino stuff), we add a shift and manually email him to see if he accepts the job. I want to automate this.

I have a filter created which looks for leads with casino inventory that are status 'deposit paid'.

To create the AUTOMATION, I'm not seeing a way to email the WORKER that's been assigned (or VENDOR, if we make him a VENDOR). If you look at my CASINO automation, this is the best I could come up with. However, I don't know if the email he will get (I entered his specific email address only) will have all the fields populated correctly as there is no option in the drop-down called Email> Worker or Email>Vendor....so I have to do Email>Other and just put in his email address.

IDEALLY, I'd like to automate the first step...assigning a shift OR ASSIGNING A VENDOR via PO or Availability Request! If you have any ideas of how we can automate our current process of creating of bogus shifts just to send him an 'assigned shift' email, that would be awesome! Our phone staff sometime forgets to add the sub-contractor as a shift assignment then manually email them, and I want to eliminate the possibility of the mistakes.

For the casino items, we only have ONE vendor, if that helps.

You are correct...we don't have an automation that will assign a worker...Let me put in a request for this and see if it's a possibility!

The way its set now which automatically sends a purchase order email...why does it send invalid links? See the email sent at 8:34 am yesterday via automation...

This is the invalid link: https://rental.software/quotes/vendorme.php?name=Ohio+Mobile+Gaming&qid=8881263&vid=

I think forgot about a step--creating the PO. I've done this...so now it should work if you send another email. May need to rethink this automatio. The PO isn't automatically created and not sure if that's something that can be added.
