Okay Is there a way to add a new category …
But instead of having that short/ long description.. basically be link just to a separate page that we can customize… we want to add mechanical bull , because we made friends with another vendor near by … we want to gather all the information via form but also give a chance for the customer to see video / photos .. let me know .. thank you

I'd build a page in WordPress instead of creating another category. You can look up how to build landing pages in elementor on youtube to get a lot of good stuff. And you can create an elementor form on that page to create a lead in IO for that product/service.
