Creating an event but cant add chairs because the item shows greyed out

I'm trying to add an event where they are wanting 5 tables and 25 chairs. I can add the tables without a problem but the chairs are showing greyed out and I cant figure out why. I've even tried deleting and recreating the chair item in my inventory.

I figured it out finally. I'd added the chairs as an item instead of and accessory item which cause it to have issues with my subscription.
