contract signed but system did not update the field contract received date
Answered
Hello
We received the signed contract of the lead below on Feb 13th but the contract receivewd date did not update. Why ?
this will be a strange question im sure but does the client have more than one open order with you?
that happens to use sometimes they have several orders and we think they are going to pay and confirm 1 and they pick a different link.
also had they made a deposit yet? or do you not require a deposit before signature ?

click on the active circle beside teh first contract and see if it fills in
why do you have a second contract active?

My guess is that someone made a change to the contract after it was signed, then selected the option to update the contract. Check the log to confirm.

Hi Isabelle,
Yes that is why the book date was cleared the user working the lead clicked the contract regenerate which make a blank unsigned copy active.
