Merge problems

I have screwed up a great customer so badly by this complicated new system that I am in danger of losing accounts. I need hands on guidance since Page County HS event is so merged inadvertabtly with past events I can't eparate them

I assume you went Events/Customers/Merge Utility?

Oh no! I saw your comment the other day when you mentioned that you merged leads. I didn't know what that meant, but I knew it didn't sound good. I have some time to take a look if you want to do a zoom.

Did you merge customer information? What is the phone number or email that you used? I am trying to look through and see what was done.
