Is there any way to get the historical data of every time our online quote was used? Just a rough number of the times it was used every month would do.

Sorry for the delay on this. I accidently made an internal "note" on this rather than a comment to reply...
This data is something we have in the Log section of the lead, but we do not currently have a report column for it for exporting it. We have a feature request tracker on this topic already, but it has been updated with your request for our development team to consider it's prioritization again.
