Every email I try to send to customers through IO is bouncing back. Causing problems for customers trying to process payments for upcoming events.
You need to do the 2 step authentication with you email provider.

We have had that set-up for quite a while now.

I'm not sure what happened, but you will need to do it again in order for your emails to go out. Your email server could have had and update and caused this to happen. Anytime this happens always do a test from your email preference page and it would let you know if you need to do this.

I have turned off 2 step verification, and then reinstated it again. It has not helped the problem.
