Email to worker for a task not working

Hello

When creating a task and clicking on ''EMAIL'' , the assigned worker does not receive the email.

And this, even if the task reminder is active

Can you look please ?

The task alerts dont happen until the date and time you specify

to have to set taht up when you are setting up the task info

Yes, i know

I am choosing a date and time just a little bit later for when i am creating the task and the email is not sent

I also tried the date and time the next day and email still not sent the next day

Who is the worker?

I did several test

For exemple: i never received the email for that task:

But, i tried assining task with email to André and Jérome and they are not receiving the email

you have the date set to 1/2/23 which is past it wont do it for dates in the past

go to the lead that has this task on it and see it it appears here like this and then post a screen shot of it

You need to have their email settings filled out under their worker profiles

I had trouble with the email settings but it has been resolved so i will test again.

If i want an email to be sent now for a task i assign to a worker, what should be the time ?

For exemple: i want to assign a task to Jerome. It is now 11h30. Is is ok if i put today at 11h30 or 11h45 ?

that should work but keep in mind things need to que and send so i always set my for way earlier than the desired time needed to be sent to be safe..


if its 1130am what time would ylu want him to get the notification?

i just did a task i set at 11:30am to send at 1:00pm and it worked and i got the email just like it should

Thank you, it is working now. I think it was because of the trouble i had with the email settings....
