Clocking out on the app

Employees are telling me that when they clock out on the app, if they don't immediately close the app, it won't clock them out.

Employees are telling me that when they clock out on the app, if they don't immediately close the app, it won't clock them out.
I have tested this a few times since I came in early this morning...first time when I clocked out, yes it sat there for a minute or more FINALLY clocked me out. I just tried again and it clocked me in and out with no issue. Can you have someone test again and see if this is still an issue? And if so, send over worker info and type of device? Thanks
