Documents Not Pulling Initial variable

The contract pulls %initial% and it becomes a checkbox customers have to select that work like them initialing.


Signable documents do not pull the same variable. Is there a way to make that work?


Also, I noticed there are variables listed in the Template variables for the direct links to the waivers and signable documents. Will we have buttons at the bottom similar to quote, contract and invoice?


For me personally (maybe others as well) I would like the ability to have the contract be signed during the booking process but also a document we have the customer sign at delivery (like a proof of delivery) and not have one override the other.

This took so long to post I thought i never went so I was retyping it and it brought up other questions as I retyped it. I am going to copy and paste what i typed but did not post because I saw your response. Sorry for the duplicate question lol


On Contract Templates we can use the template variable %initial% and it creates a checkbox customers are required to click that acts as a "initial"


On signable documents the template variable does not work. Is there a way to get it to work? I would like to have the customers "initial" certain items on the document.


Also I noticed within the template variables there are variables for the waiver link and signable doc link. Will we eventually have clickable buttons at the bottom similar to Quote, Contract and Invoice?


Ideally we would like the customer to sign the contract during the booking process but have a signable document at delivery in a digital format that acts as a "proof of delivery"


Also, as I process my thought on the above question - are these documents geo tagged at all? For example, if the customer signs the document at delivery will the document be geotagged at all or is it based on device IP address like in the log?
