In the warehouse settings I have a delivery warehouse set as the default Delivery, but every shift has the mailing address set as the meet at location by default.

I know this isn't helpful in this situation, but mine pulls the company address. When I look at my addresses, company address is on top just like yours and there is no other options to select even though there are more addresses listed.
Perhaps that is helpful in terms of mine doing the same thing.....

Apologies. My reply did not seem to save.
The default address that is displaying is due to the alphabetical order of your warehouse/address. Because Mailing Address is alphabetically first, it is displaying first. You can adjust this by adding a * before Warehouse and that will make the warehouse address first. You may need to refresh your page or log out/back in to see this change.
