Contract "no longer valid' , no reason why

Solved

Neither the customer or I can access the contract. There it doesn't seem to be a reason why. The status is correct. This is happened in the past and I have never gotten an answer other than it is a random glitch

That's the issue...nobody fixed anything and this happens several times per week.

Gotcha so it wasn't working earlier, you didn't change anything and now it's working? It sounds like a caching issue but that only happens when the contract pages are hosted on your website, but this doesn't look to be the case here. I'll need to investigate this further

Same 8ssue...this is really screwing us up lately. 4x in 3 days, 4 accounts. The only way to work around is to turn it in green deposit paid

It's because of the conflict/tight turn-around on this. If I reduce the tear down from 45min to 15 min it solves it.

The other way to fix this is to upgrade to a status that has conflicts on.
