Maintenance dates not responding correctly

Luray HS wants the Hippo, System will not let me book it for them because it thinks it is in maintenance until Dec 2023. We have physically applied Dec 14, 2022 several times but the system will NOt allow us to put this piece in service retroactively to Dec 14 2022.

No this was not a system issue, I just changed the year from 2023 to 2022 and hit apply.

Sigh. I tried hitting 2022 a half dozen times and it would always revert to 23.
