Again this week an old lead (from 2011) shows up in leads today, Fran Heller 205199 is a complete event from May 2011 and she is showing in leads. Yesterday when that happened with another old lead is was becasue status had been changed from complete to paid

Go to the lead then look at the log and see what the changes was that will give you a hit as to what happened to create this issue
