I am setting up permissions for my Web Designer but I don't know what they exactly need.

Normally you will go to Users--Add New and fill out info for a new user and I know when we need access to help you guys with site we have you add us as an "administrator"

Yes Susan we did the same thing for our developer, but he was someone we knew, so you have to make sure what they have access to if you dont know them and also Amie I would suggest you monitor the log as needed to make sure they are where they are supposed to be adn not doing things to orders etc.
