Cannot choose sales rep on lead

Hi there,
I started a new lead using the copy/close function on a previous lead. The new lead is assigned to our new London location and automatically applied the previous sales rep that worked on the old lead to it (can see when we send an email template - prefills her name). I am unable to change the sales rep as the dropdown is not appearing. Am I missing a setting in the new location to have this dropdown box appear?

In the Settings-->Positions you do not have a sales rep position for the location of this lead. So you need to create a position for sales rep in the Grand Events London than make sure you have workers in that location assigned properly in their worker profile.
