quote not submitting

I have had a few customers over the last few weeks tell me they cannot submit their quote on the website. They say it gets stuck on the loading bar screen. When I go to check if the system captured any info, it has not.

Unfortunately, I also tried to capture that as well I was able to get a quote with not issues. It may be they were having issues with their servers,. please let us know if this is becoming an ongoing issue!
