my contract link not working

I repeatedly have customers tell me the contract link in my text and email does not work. It is the variable in the text pay/contract in my junk box account. thanks

Can you give us some examples of who it's not working for? So we can see if it's an issue w/ the email/text or if it's an issue w/ the leads. Thanks!

On this one I clicked on the link from the email and it opened right up and it looks like the customer also ended up signing and paying...is this a good example??

After I copied and pasted the link from the contract in the browser it worked. The template variable in the email and text did not work as it is currently constructed.

I have sent myself a couple contract from different leads that are in the contract requested status. No issue. I was able to click on the link. I looked at the template...there's nothing wrong w/ the variable. The next time it happens let us know.
