Help creating an automatic downgrade Automation?

I'm having a hard time getting my filters and automation set correctly.
I'd like a filter created and automation set so that any order we set to "contract created" that does not pay the full deposit in 24 hours is automatically downgraded to QUOTE status, and an email sent out to that effect. I've not created a unique email yet, but can use "a copy of your recent quote" for testing purposes.
Can you assist? I cant figure out how to make the filters set to x booking days, pay=0 etc
