I send a customer a quote that was fully visible. Now they want to book but I can't find it anywhere in my system. Here's the link I sent them.

I cannot pull it up with anything within that link either...what's the customer's name?

Jamie Hendrix. Her customer profile doesn't have any leads under it. However, I obviously sent a link or she wouldn't have one. She sent me the odg of the quote too.

The problem w/ the original lead is that it's trying to save and it's saying there's no rental on it right now. I don't know if someone was trying to switch something out and it auto saved and they didn't get to save the new rental? It looks like Charity saved a new one

Yeah. We created a new one from the odf the customer had saved.
