Deleted inventory but its still on my site

I deleted a unit from my inventory but it is still on my site. Is there a way to remove it? Also, is there a way to undelete inventory?

Hello,

I did a force sync on your site and the 18ft slide appears to be gone.

You can perform a force sync from IO by going to Settings-->Wordpress-->Select your site-->Click "Force Synce Now"
