Quote follow up email

Does anyone know of or have a filter/automation that sends an email following up on a quote that wasn't booked a certain number of days after creation. Also would need a way to filter out customers that have multiple quotes, wouldn't want this to accidently send to someone that booked on a different quote for the same event or send 3 of the same emails all at once because we sent them 3 different options.

Also an automation that sends an alert to the sales team to follow up manually would suffice as well.

There is an auto email for this in the email center the template is "Customer-Recent Quote"
