"Sales Rep" field missing from some leads

Hi IO support team, some of our leads are missing the "sales rep" field. For example, lead 8171341. That field is present in other leads though. Can you help? Thanks.

You will want to go to Settings-->Positions and set up the Salesrep setting for the location PanurgyOEM...currently you only have this position set up for the WSA so it's only showing up for those leads.

Thanks, that solved the issue for the PanurgyOEM location, but now I'm running into the same problem within the Events location. I've created the Sales Rep position for that location but the drop-down isn't appearing in leads for that location. I only created the position a few minutes ago so maybe it's still filtering through the system?

We figured it out - we realized that we not only had to create the position, we also had to assign a worker to it before the dropdown would display.
