workers schedule vanishes

Occasionally when I edit the times on a worker schedule in the delivery planner it removes there name and then I have a schedule with no one assigned. I have had workers not show up because of this. I'm not sure what can be done about it.

Is there a shift where this happened so that we can take a look? Are you sure the shift is getting saved after the worker is assigned?

thanks. yes it was saved for several days, worker was already assigned, just edited the times. Monday June 28th is the last time this happend.

A couple things to remember.


  • Switching vehicles will move the shifts with the vehicle. Make sure that is not what is happening.
  • Manipulation of shifts requires you to save the time and then the entire delivery schedule. Make sure you are doing that.
  • Sometimes we throw error messages saying something hasn't saved. Make sure none of those are appearing.

We haven't had anyone else experiencing this. I'm not saying there is not a bug, but I want to first make sure it isn't something you are doing. If it continues after following these steps, the more details you give us will help us find the issue. Details such as it was this worker and I was changing his shift on this date for this truck from this time to this time. Thanks!
