We set up our quotes to automatically add our damage waiver fee. The customer should not have an option to remove this or not accept it. it is mandatory that they have it.
We just had a customer book #8153843 and the damage waiver fee was not included. This has been happening a lot lately. Sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not.
The same problem
Lead 8163507 has the Volcano Double Lane Water Slide on it. This item is not apart of the Requirements listed to invoke the Damage Waiver Coverage fee. If this fee applies to all rentals, all the time. I would suggest changing the Requirement to be "9999999 Dollars"
This would mean any event with less than a total of $999999 would invoke the fee. Instead of "1 Rentals" (and then listing all the rentals that invoke the fee).
