By default quotes are blue. Bold if they have not been viewed by admin.
If you received an email notification, you could click the "view Lead" link.

That number was calculated by using the set up time from your inventory items so you might need to adjust those.. Go to the lead and see what items you have and then go to settings inventory and see what each item is set to

Yes, first be sure your rental item's set up times are correct. But you also can click on the set up time bar directly on the lead and edit there as well.
