Customers clicking on the shopping cart button on website and does nothing

My customers are are trying to get quotes on the website, but clicking on the shopping cart button to select the item does nothing.

Most recently, a customer tried to reserve mammoth combo on July 10. They selected the event date and then tried to add the item. Clicking the shopping cart icon to select the item does nothing (I see a short javascript; prompt appear, but that's it).

It's still possible to get a quote using the quote page (but that has issue too). The default start and stop times are inverse of each other (start is in the evening and stop is in the morning on the same day). I'm going to submit a separate problem about the website default start and stop times not matching the back end configuration.

I updated an out of date plugin on your site and forced IO to resync. This seems to have cleared up the issue.

Default times from your delivery method will override what the customer enters into the form: https://rental.software/account/#/settings/deliverymethods/28039/restrictions

Hi! This problem is back again, this time with friends. It now appears that selecting an event date has no effect either. I just get the javascript;; message on the lower left. I tried updating plug ins. No change. I'm getting more complaints from customers that the website is unresponsive. It works for some, but not for others. I think I'm losing business at this point. I need some help.

It's not showing any updates needed for the plug ins for me either...I have a ticket in for this for a developer to take a look. We will keep you posted on this! So sorry for the inconvenience

Hi. Any update? It still doesn't work (at least when I try). I can't select and event date, and I can add items to the shopping cart. I'm kind of bummed because I spent money on advertising to direct people to my website, and they can't actually book anything. I don't know how long this has been going on. I only figured it out after some people started complaining.

I am not having any issues w/ the cart today. Can you give us some examples? Maybe some screenshots or is it specific items?
