Emails disappeared from my inbox

Hello,
My email sue@jumparoundva.com inbox emails disappeared since yesterday. They are not in my trash or spam folders. I sent a couple of text emails and they were received, however they disappear after 30 minutes or so and are not recoverable. All of my "sent" email appear to be there.
Also, my personal email account with outlook is fine. All emails are still there.
I tried to add jumparoundva email to my phone it's asking me for my server domain. I have not idea what that is. My server on my desktop just says email@jumparoundva.com.

It appears that you're using Dream Host for your email provider. I'm not sure what email client you're using, but it's either an issue with the email hosting provider or the email program. We don't have control over either of these.
If you send an email from IO, it should be sending using the company email address: party@jumparoundva.com based on your settings. That server is ssl://smtp.dreamhost.com using port 465.
