Higher Number of Square Failed Payments

Is this an issue with Square, or on IO's end? I checked the payment processing log and have had a few customers reach out this week, saying they kept getting declined on the deposit.

Do you have a lead number where the customer tried to pay the deposit but got declined? Your settings under Settings-->Merchant Services-->Square are linked up properly, but you can always un-link and re-link your Square account as well. Let me know if you find any lead numbers or any examples of the errors customers are receiving!

I will attempt to take a screenshot of the processing payments tab where it shows all the latest transactions with multiple fails in a row from the same customer before a successful processing. (A few customers have experienced this)

I took a look at the most recent....Wirtgen Group. This was a straight decline from their bank...Square or the customer's bank may be able to give you more info because for us it's a straight decline and not an error
