We have commercial and residential pricing set up. On several units, the commercial price is not reflecting on the website. Please help.

I think I figured it out - when IO created this site, they used the wrong location. Was supposed to be Grand River Party Rentals, but it's set up under Grand Events Barrie.

We have edited this entire website - please tell me it's an easy fix on you end. Only figured it out because the delivery charge gave me an outrageous amount when it should have been $40.

I was able to change the location - that fixed the delivery charge, but not the unit prices.

You can adjust the location on the item prices here. (see attached)

Hi Heather,

Sorry for the late response per developer: You can Force Sync the site to grab any inventory/categories from that location, but you shouldn’t have to do anything else.

I figured it out on my own - it was an issue with the pricing filter.

When IO comes in on Monday I'm sure they will get it fixed I would also email support@inflatableoffice.com to give them an extra alert to your needs
