Anyway to stop customer from choose AM hours?

Hi IO,

I've been having a problem that I have just been dealing with. Alot of customers seem to not pay attention to the AM-PM hours and will choose 2am instead of 2pm. Sometimes this throws a monkey wrench into the delivery schedule until I identify the problem. I think because the drop down menu starts at 12am.

This year it has been happening more and more.

Is there anyway to fix that on the quote page?

I looked at your page. The time that is displayed is the nearest future 15 minutes (or half hour). So when I checked at 2:10pm, it displayed 2:30pm as the default start time. I think what may be happening is that they are getting a quote in the AM and changing everything except the time. Unfortunately, I don't really have a way to solve this at this time.

Is there anyway to have the defualt time for the quote page set at 12pm?


I'm not sure why or how it defaults to the nearest future 15 mins of the time they are putting in the quote. The current time they are putting in the quote has nothing to do with the party start time. How can I change this?
