Delivery Charges not calculating properly

We have updated our delivery prices, but for whatever reason it is not working properly. I just quoted a delivery 49km away ($160) and the system calculated it at $100. I am glad I caught this, but obviously I need it to calculate properly on it's own!

Our system only calculates it in Miles currently. We don't show this to the customer so it's only a back end thing, but you have to convert it to miles for your settings (I didn't do the math on your current settings, I'm assuming this is the issue, so if not let me know).
