Square "Save Card" Check Box

Anyone have any insight on the check box that was added "Save Card" now for square finding out mostly every new order no information is being saved and makes charging customers after the event a hassle again. Open to any suggestions on how to fix or a work around.

The "Save Card" checkbox on the payment section on the contract cannot be removed. This is now a requirement from Square to be able to recharge a customers card in the future. The customer has to have the right to NOT save the card info, this has been a change with Square and we are unable to remove to stay in compliance.
