Is there a way to see event notes for a certain date without clicking on each individual booking? Maybe a report that pulls up any notes for that date or a way to see all contracts opened and ready to print without it being routed? We put in notes when we need to send certificates of insurance by , and we always check for the upcoming week.

If you go to Settings->Reports and click Add Report, https://rental.software/account/#/settings/reports/add , the Column Name you'll want to add is "Lead Notes." Obviously you can add any other identifying columns for the report to such as customer name and whatnot.
You could also add the template variable *eventnotes* to any template, such as the Packing List Template.
