Items that are already booked are still showing as available during quote and booking.

Do you have an example of a date range and item that we can look into?

Yes. Try June 26th or July 3rd. The mammoth combo is already reserved from june 25th - 27th, and from july 2nd - 4th. When I go to booking, select the water combo and set the event date for the 26th and the 3rd (it shows available). It even lets me get to the booking stage. I want customers to see that it is Unavailable. It used to display correctly, but something seems to have changed.

This is a vendor item.

Normal conflict checking does not work on these items which means the customer will always be able to autobook these items.

I'll submit a request to our team to have a toggle to allow for conflict checking on certain items.

Ah, shoot. I didn't understand what a vendor item was. I thought it was just the vendor that I purchased the item from. I removed the vendor name and now it works. Thank you!
