shopping cart issue

On my IO site at junkbusva.com when I go to add an item to the cart the "same as event address" box is checked and it makes it hard to know how to advance the screen as when you press "next" nothing happens. When you unclick the box the contact info boxes appear. But when you fill them out and try to hit "next" nothing happens. It seems to be stuck.
