Contract page won't go past processing. No changes to pages since July.

I've had 2 people today that can't sign the agreement, Just says processing. However, I haven't made any changes to the page templates since july. The contract page I updated on the 7th but it's worked for the last couple weeks since those changes were added.


Update: i'm told it's both the quote page and the contract page.

Thanks, this is urgent as we don't know if we are loosing customers bc some won't call us if the website isn't working while others will.

Our developers advised earlier today (at about 1:15pm when this was first being reported) that a code snippet called fraud blocker could have had a temporary issue where it was preventing any form submissions. This seemed to be an issue for multiple users that were using this code snippet, but it doesn't look like it has been an issue anymore.

Can you please let us know if this is still causing problems for you now?
