item not showing on contract

this order the item is not showing on the contract.
also on several order this weekend the items where not showing listed on the packing list as well for 5/7 and 5/8. In once cast that wasn't caught it caused us to miss a customer's item completely.
The same problem
the large castle is setup to 'show as separate units' this causes it to hide the parent item and only show the accessories. so anyway you need to have an accessory selected.
