I believe by removing the "organization" field
affects the new quote alert email we receive. The subject on those email don't have the lead name now. Can this be corrected?

Yea IO can add the files name you want there I would assume you want client full name?

You can make those adjustments on outgoing emails to clients if you want to include invoice number and additional information by adding the template variable to the subject line but for the alerts coming to you IO has to fix that
