I temporarily turned off your total and state restrictions to prevent issues from quotes coming in. Your total restrictions are such that it will not allow any leads over 1 mile away. Please read the help directly under that section to properly set it up. You want to set the max distance you are willing to travel as one of the values. It’s not clear why the state is causing an issue. I will check and resolve it ASAP.

I've fixed the state restriction issue. It was matching on a US zip code. I've fixed the code to not do that for other countries.
You still have an issue with your total restriction so I did not enable it. I suggest putting your max travel distance and then the $125. You can have multiple entries, but you want to have your max distance or anything over will be rejected.

Do you have an example lead we could revue that isn’t working? Based on that setting change you did, it would require anyone 150 miles or less to rent at least $125. It would not allow delivery past 150 miles.

This stopped working AGAIN half way through the day again. Could you please take another look as customers cannot book or receive quotes so we're obviously losing $$$
No other changes have been made since this morning and the above actions you took. Please advise asap

Could someone look into this further? The setting for minimums is set as per attached so there is no way it should be allowing quotes through and yet they can. See lead 7782503 that came in overnight.
When it's not spitting out delivery errors, it's doing this and it's super frustrating. Not only are people bouncing because it's telling them we don't service their area, but we're then having to argue with them about why minimum orders were allowed to be quoted.
We altered nothing in these settings at any time to create this error

I've fixed the issue with the total restrictions not applying. It was a glitch where having both restrict by total and zip at the same time was not functioning. Sorry!
Are there other issues or was that?
