I changed the time on the quote but the contract did not update to the new time

I have been having issues with making changes to quotes/contracts and the contract does not change to match the quote. When I make the changes, I receive the box that says I should update the contract, I say "change" and hit save but it doesn't save.

Last week I had to make a couple of changes in the event date but the contract did not save the changes.

The contract I have today is 7696631.

I've done some testing and haven't been able to replicate it not making the new template the active contract when "Change" is clicked.
