Problem with packing list template

Hello

I am using a packing list template to print a report.

I have one for Montréal that works fine but the one for Quebec prints the workerlist twice

Please can you have a look

For an exemple; see leads; 12789653

Here are the 2 packing list template. MTL is ok but not QC
