Payments not syncing to QB

I'm not sure why this keeps happening. These make a total of 5 times in a week, that payments haven't synced to QB. Lead # 44384847 & #47041415. These were both check payments. I also have Lead #46141641 that was a cash payment that hasn't synced as well.

Developer advised we are having some issues with QBO affecting all users. These payments are queued and will run when they are resolved.
