Event start and end times

Q1: Where do I go in settings which will allow my customer to set the start / end times?

Q2: Where do I go in settings to set rental availability days (i.e. weekdays or weekends only)

Q1: This is in Settings->Delivery Methods in the Restrictions area labeled "Force Start/End Time".

Q2: Settings->Online Quoting in the Event Availability area.

I did everything as follows it all looks the same however someone just booked another event and it is booked for a full 24 hours I don't know how to not honor that considering that they were able to do it

In Settings->Online Quoting, you can either toggle "Allow Multiday" to "no" or change the "Event Restriction Time" in Event Availability to "Event Duration." Or both.
