How to Flag a Lead on Purpose

Hi! I am wondering if there is a way to purposefully flag a lead? I cleared a flag and I regret it. Is there a way to go in and re-flag a lead?

In the legacy interface, there is a checkbox under the event end time labeled "Flag for Follow-up". It doesn't allow you to bring back the reason for the flag though. Our CRM Module has a feature that lets you set reminders with any reason you want on a lead.

So the flag feature is deleted unless we buy the CRM module?

No way to flag but can create a task w/ the CRM module

if you dont have the CRM module i would highly suggest it

we use it all the time..

Example, i book an order that needs something special, lets say special linens,

as soon as i quote the event i put in a task to order linens x days before event.

then when that date comes i look at the lead task, if client has paid their money i book the linens if they havent we contract them get paymetn then book.

thats just one example

Tasks also have automations, you can get emails sent to you as reminders etc.


ITS A HUGE HELP FOR US AS WE AUTOMATE OUR TO DO LIST VIA IO


You can also use it to make notes on orders like Clean Unit x days before rental

pick up supplies for event etc


CRM is a huge help!
