Hi Team,
Can we adjust Shay’s dashboard view in the Leads > Event tab so that, by default, she only sees quotes that have not been sent out? By “not sent out,” I mean quotes that were never emailed to the customer or opened in the system. She should not see quotes that are already confirmed, booked, or otherwise completed.
The goal is for her to easily track and process only the quotes that still need her attention.
Let me know if this can be set up.

Please see the filter "Quotes not sent last 30 days" in Shay's account. This filter will only show leads created in the last 30 days, leads in a quote status, and leads that do not have an email containing the word "Quote" in the email template. Please take a look and let us know if this is helpful.
