where do I find all the customer surveys and make them active as I use to do previously under old version

Surveys are always active unless you delete them. The auto emails that send them out may not be, but I checked yours and it seems to be active. What survey is not working the way you want?

so where do I view all the customer completed surveys? past ones ....

There isn't a good way other than looking at each individual lead. What specifically are you trying to accomplish? Maybe I can recommend a way.

that is what I was afraid of ....I was use to them inactive and then selecting ones to be active. would do that maybe monthly .....and so a suggestion be great . Otherwise, I have to open event as soon as I see a notification I guess . I only like to post surveys that have comments at the end verses just the rating numbers

I think Tim misunderstood. You are talking about "Reviews" being inactive (formally called "Testimonials"). The Reviews still behave the same way they did before. Survey's automatically generate Reviews. The start off as Inactive, but can be made active in Settings->Reviews.
