issue with payment on lead

Not a Problem

A customer with the below lead says when they click on their contract it says it no longer exists. They also state the deposit paid has been refunded to their card. On my end I see the contract, their payment is good and their signature is good. Any ideas what is going on?

Most likely they had a bad link. I'd resend it to them. I checked and it is all working properly. I also see the payment has been made. You also have their card on file. I would check with your merchant account to see if the customer disputed and got a refund, but we show nothing on our side.
