Postal Codes no longer auto-populating

Hi there,
The venue address is no longer filling in the postal codes when selecting the address that pops up when you type it in. This means the distance charge doesn't calculate. I need to the click the 'Address trouble?' button to open google maps and then copy and paste the postal code from there - extra time and steps. Can this be fixed please?
In the photo below, I already selected that address that popped up for me, and the postal code did not fill. Thanks!
