Is there a way to show recurring leads on the calendar? We are doing long term rentals but billing by the month.
Also, how do you set up the calendar to show what equipment is available and what is rented. The knowledge base did not help because my screen looks different than examples.

This is a very new feature, so we know there will be room for improvement. Currently it should show the lead on each day the equipment is out. There is a way to show only on the start or end day if you want by setting a day threshold for when this happens. See the image below.
There is no way in the new interface to check availability on the calendar at this time. We recommend starting a new lead, setting the date(s) and then searching for the item or scrolling or choosing a category to see what items are available. If you want to see what is rented, we could help you make a report so that your lead list shows the items rented. Then you would just filter by choosing a date range or other filters to see what you are looking for. Thanks!
